Shipping Policy
At Qatupia, we work to deliver your order safely and with tracking.
Processing
Orders are normally prepared within 1–3 business days. Weekends and holidays are not business days. Processing may take slightly longer during high-demand periods.
Shipping cost
We offer free standard tracked shipping to destinations available at checkout.
Estimated delivery times
- United States: 10–25 business days after processing.
- Canada: 12–30 business days after processing.
These times are estimates, not guarantees. Customs, weather, high demand, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control may cause delays.
Order tracking
When your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number or link when available. Tracking information may take 2–5 business days to update after dispatch.
Delivery address
The customer is responsible for entering a complete and accurate address. To request a change, email qatupia@gmail.com within 12 hours after purchase. We cannot guarantee changes after that time and are not responsible for delivery to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.
Customs, taxes, and duties
Any import taxes, duties, or fees charged in the destination country are the customer’s responsibility unless checkout expressly states otherwise.
Delays or missing orders
If the estimated delivery window has passed, first review the tracking and confirm the delivery address. Then email qatupia@gmail.com with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and explain the available options.
Damaged packages
If the package or product arrives damaged, keep the packaging and contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos or a video. Please also review our Returns and Refunds Policy.
