These terms govern the use of the Qatupia online store. By visiting the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms and our published policies.

We aim to display descriptions, prices, colors, and images as accurately as possible. Actual appearance may vary slightly by screen, and unintentional errors may occur. We may correct information, update products, or cancel orders affected by an obvious error.

Orders and payments

Receiving an order confirmation does not guarantee final acceptance. We may reject or cancel orders because of unavailable stock, suspected fraud, pricing errors, or incomplete information. Customers must provide accurate contact, billing, and delivery information.

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Import taxes, duties, or fees charged in the destination country are the customer’s responsibility unless checkout expressly states otherwise.

To the extent permitted by law, Qatupia is not responsible for indirect damages or losses caused by product misuse, incorrect information supplied by the customer, or delays beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights.
